Damages and wrong goods

If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel. Inform the courier that the goods should be returned to us immediately.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

We want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition. If you believe an item you have received is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Important Packing Information

To ensure safe delivery of your order, please be aware that:

  • Decanter stoppers or other small items may be packed separately within your parcel.

  • Bottles with wooden presentation boxes may be shipped outside their presentation boxes for added protection.

  • Bulky packaging or accessories may be sent in separate parcels.


Reporting Damage

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Detailed photographs of the damaged or faulty item(s).

  • A photograph clearly showing the seal intact on any damaged or broken bottle.

  • Photographs of all packaging, including internal and external materials (required for insurance purposes).

  • A brief description of the issue and your order reference number.

Important

Please retain the product, the box, and all packaging materials until you receive further instructions from us. These may be required for inspection or insurance claims.
